Terms & Conditions
Using this website
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This website is operated by Figurski Media LLC, a photography and video production business serving Reno–Lake Tahoe and clients nationwide. These terms apply to your use of figurskimedia.com.
Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading inquiries, or upload material you do not have permission to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through inquiry forms.
Projects & creative rights
An inquiry does not reserve a date or create a production agreement. Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, cancellations, deliverables and usage rights are established in a separate written agreement. If those terms differ from this page, the project agreement governs the project.
Photography, films, graphics, text and other portfolio content belong to Figurski Media LLC or their respective rights holders. Viewing this site or downloading a portfolio PDF does not grant permission to reproduce, edit, distribute or commercially use that material. Contact us to discuss licensing; uses permitted by law remain available.
Client names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners. Links to equipment rentals through ShareGrid and other external services are subject to those providers’ own terms. Confirm current equipment availability and rental conditions with the relevant provider.
Links, updates & questions
We aim to keep this site accurate, but services, availability and portfolio information may change. External websites and embedded content are operated by their respective providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how information collected through this site is handled.
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Updates do not automatically change an existing signed project agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For website questions, project inquiries or permission to use portfolio material, contact Figurski Media LLC at stephen@figurskimedia.com.
